I can hear music.
Lee and I spotted this gem in the middle of an empty field on a drive up to Collingwood. I'm not sure who it belongs to, or when (and if) it was fully operational, but it looked like it had a few good stories to tell. Kind of eerie. But definitely in a good way. Note: Best viewed while listening to what we had playing in the car as we drove up to get a better look.

Minutes before boarding the ferry to catch the Arcade Fire show at Toronto Island, I dropped a toonie into Blues Man's saxamaphone case. He freestyled a nice little ditty for me and gave me a high five with his eyes. Heavy duty stuff.

Those Thieving Birds.
Lately I've been taking an interest in plastic cams. I kinda miss shooting film and I'm glad there are a bunch of labs that still say yes to the old fashioned stuff. I picked up a Diana F+ a few months back and bought a few rolls of slide film to mess around with.
Here are a few shots I snapped by the lake. Surprise, surprise; a giant swarm of birds caught my eye. I noticed a man sitting in front of a garbage bag full of bread bits; he was tossing the goods around that area for hours. (I know he was there for hours cause I kept checking back to see if he was ever gonna call it quits.) Birdman Santa Claus. That's what I'll call him.
